I’ve been attending various classes with Sean for the past few months and as well as the fitness benefits, I have achieved and maintained a good level of stamina. I still really enjoy all the classes which include Kettle Bells and Women’s Strength Class.   Supreme Training classes are very friendly and a fun place to work out. Sean is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. Through consistent and positive feedback and encouragement, I gained the confidence to walk into his class and lift weights.

Before I started Body Blast Bootcamp my fitness levels didn’t even exist. I would get out of breath running up the stairs. I’d lost a lot of weight and thought I needed to get in shape and tone up. So when I heard about Supreme Training starting a Bootcamp I instantly thought ‘I am definitely going to go’. So I went to the first class along and found the class itself really hard and I struggled to begin with but I was hooked!

I decided to stick at it and even attended eventually built up to training five times per week attending Bootcamp, Circuit and Kettlebells. I had increased my confidence and started to make friends.

Me and my partner have been to other Bootcamps but we much prefer Body Blast Bootcamp as the venue and the instructor are both brilliant. Sean always gives you all the help and encouragement you need.

We have attended Supreme Training’s Bootcamp, Circuit and Kettlebell classes all of which are excellent, I myself have a degenerative back disease and struggled constantly with lower back pain but since starting Bootcamp the pain has eased as my core is strengthened and my lower back is a lot stronger due to Kettlebells.

It’s good that Sean mixes the exercises up during each session to give an overall workout and makes the sessions progressively more difficult. I also like the variety of exercises, I feel much stronger and fitter since I started Body Blast Bootcamp

I have noticed that I have increased my muscle mass and toned up especially in my upper arms and thighs. I am a lot fitter than I used to be and can do a lot more than I could before. I currently attend the three Body Blast Bootcamps and Circuit Training per week and enjoy every class.

I started Body Blast Bootcamp in May 2013 at this time I weighed 14 stone 2lbs. I have been attending two to three classes per week and when I weighed myself in June I my weight was 12 stone 13lbs. I have also lost 23 centre metres all over and I feel a lot more toned. If I had to choose a word to describe how I now feel it would be – FAB!

I started attending Body Blast Bootcamp 6 weeks ago; I soon went from attending once a week to coming to all three classes as it makes me feel refreshed and boosts my energy levels. My partner and I have been coming to Body Blast Bootcamp for several weeks now. Sean’s classes are brilliant. He has a mix of abilities so everyone feels welcome in each session. Every class is different so you won’t get bored. The exercises are tough but adapted well for each individual so you can carry on for the full session.

Since coming to Body Blast Bootcamp I have really toned up and can really see a difference in myself. In the past I have been on plenty of diets but it is only now I am starting to notice a change to my body. I feel so much fitter since starting with Supreme Training.

Paul SouthI am a keen runner and have been looking at ways to change my training routine to improve my performance times. Attending Sean’s Circuit and Boot Camp training sessions has helped me to get the most out of my training. I enjoy taking part in the classes as there is such a variation of training methods and exercises to do and it is always very challenging!

I was apprehensive at first about going to the classes because sometimes they can be a little bit intimidating but there is such a friendly atmosphere at Sean’s classes I look forward to going each week. I have seen a great improvement in not only my running but also the way in which I think about my training and nutrition.
