I’ve been attending various classes with Sean for the past few months and as well as the fitness benefits, I have achieved and maintained a good level of stamina. I still really enjoy all the classes which include Kettle Bells and Women’s Strength Class. Supreme Training classes are very friendly and a fun place to work out. Sean is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. Through consistent and positive feedback and encouragement, I gained the confidence to walk into his class and lift weights.
Sean knows how far he can push people to enable them to reach their full potential.
