To stick to any sort of fitness program I need to be part of a class. Going to a gym and working under your own steam just doesn’t do it for me. Going to a class for the first time can be intimidating, not knowing who’ll be there and what level they’re at. I needn’t to have worried with Sean. It is a group of mixed ability and age. I’ve been going for several months now and I am hooked. I feel fitter in myself, lost weight and have a lot more energy. I actually look forward to each session.
