I first met Sean when I signed up for one of his Kettle bell courses and well, have tried all of his classes this year and loved them all! I have been to lots of classes in different gyms over the years and find Sean's session’s diverse, challenging and hard work, exactly what I enjoy.
Fitness has been a big part of my life and something that I am passionate about, so being part of 'Team Supreme' is really motivating and physically rewarding for me. I feel fitter and more toned and have worked on the areas I wanted to improve on.
Sean is a great fitness trainer and keeps everyone who attends his sessions, from beginners to regulars really motivated and looking forward to the next class!
