I am a keen runner and have been looking at ways to change my training routine to improve my performance times. Attending Sean’s Circuit and Boot Camp training sessions has helped me to get the most out of my training. I enjoy taking part in the classes as there is such a variation of training methods and exercises to do and it is always very challenging!
I was apprehensive at first about going to the classes because sometimes they can be a little bit intimidating but there is such a friendly atmosphere at Sean’s classes I look forward to going each week. I have seen a great improvement in not only my running but also the way in which I think about my training and nutrition.
