I did not do any exercise previous to this and at such a brilliant price I had nothing to lose. My main goals were to increase my muscle and strength as well as improve my fitness levels.
Sean in a great trainer and helped me achieve goals that I did not think I could reach. Sean helped me every step of the way and was there with advice whenever I needed it. The training was varied using different venues depending on what the session involved, whether this be hill sprints or work with the barbell.
I now attend Supreme Training’s Body Blast Bootcamp and Circuit Training classes. I never thought I would train as much as I do now but I love it. I would definitely recommend Sean and Supreme Training if you are looking to get fit.
