Cheryl MossI started going to personal training sessions to improve my fitness levels and tone up and it works! I've been having sessions with Sean now for approx. 3 months and not only have I lost inches and increased my fitness I feel healthier which makes me feel happier, win - win situation!

During the sessions you work everything! Core, upper body, lower body, cardio, I've even been lifting weights which I never thought I would. There is no pressure during the sessions, nice and relaxed. Sean is there to motivate you but you can have a laugh at the same time. He hasn't shouted at me...yet!

For anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness I would definitely recommend Supreme Training.
