  3. TRX ATOMIC PRESS-UPS - 16 REPS
  4. TRX CRUNCHES - 14 REPS
  5. TRX ATOMIC PRESS-UPS - 12 REPS
  6. TRX PIKE - 10 REPS
  7. TRX ATOMIC PRESS-UPS - 8 REPS
  8. TRX PRESS-UPS (FEET IN STRAPS) - 6 REPS
  9. TRX ATOMIC PRESS-UPS - 4 REPS
  10. TRX PIKE- 2 REPS
