*PERFORM ALL EXERCISES IN ORDER OF THE LIST.

*PERFORM EXERCISES FOR 45 SECONDS.   

*REST FOR 1 MINUTE AND COMPLETE 3 TIMES IN TOTAL.

  1. TRX POWER PULL-RIGHT 
  2. TRX POWER PULL - LEFT
  3. TRX FRONT SQUAT
  4. TRX HIP HINGE - RIGHT
  5. TRX HIP HINGE - LEFT
  6. TRX STANDING ROLL OUT
  7. TRX LOW DELTOID FLY
  8. TRX LAT PULL
  9. TRX T DELTOID FLY
  10. TRX Y ROW
    REST FOR 60 SECONDS.
