*REST FOR 2 MINUTES AND COMPLETE 3 TIMES IN TOTAL.

  1. TRX FRONT SQUAT - 20 REPS 
  2. TRX SIDE LUNGES - 18 REPS 
  3. TRX FRONT SQUAT - 16 REPS
  4. TRX SQUATS - 14 REPS
  5. TRX FRONT SQUAT - 12 REPS
  6. TRX SQUAT JUMPS - 10 REPS
  7. TRX FRONT SQUAT - 8 REPS
  8. TRX ROLLOUTS - 6 REPS
  9. TRX FRONT SQUATS - 4 REPS
  10. TRX SQUATS - 2 REPS
    REST FOR 2 MINUTES.
