TRX Workout

This class is from one of the TRX Group Training Classes I use to coach at Supreme Training Gym.


Please ensure you can perform each exercise safely and correctly before beginning this workout.

*MAKE SURE YOU WARM UP BEFORE ATTEMPTING THE WORKOUT!

TRX BLOOD SHUNTING WORKOUT.

PERFORM ONE LOWER BODY EXERCISE AND THEN 1 UPPER BODY EXERCISE.

EACH EXERCISE IS BE PERFORMED FOR 45 SECONDS WITH 15 SECONDS REST TO ADJUST TO THE NEXT EXERCISE.

REST FOR 2 MINUTES ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL EXERCISES AND REPEAT.

  1. TRX SQUAT.

  2. TRX ROW.

  3. TRX SIDE LUNGES.

  4. TRX HIGH ROW.

  5. TRX SQUAT JUMPS.

  6. TRX CHEST FLYS.

  7. TRX LUNGES (FOOT IN STRAPS).

  8. TRX SKULL CRUSHERS.

  9. TRX FRONT SQUATS.

  10. TRX PRESS UPS.

*ENSURE YOU COOL DOWN AND STRETCH OFF AFTER THIS WORKOUT.
