Below is one of our Body Blast classes that the team have completed. Please make sure you are coached in all the movements and can complete them all with safe and proper form.

*Work in partners and complete the exercises below:

1 - REVERSE HYPER - X 10 REPS - GHD SIT UPS - X 10 REPS - X 5 ROUNDS

2 - HEX BAR DEADLIFT (HOLD THE LOW HANDLES) - X 5 REPS X 5 SETS

3 - WALKING LUNGES - X 2 MINUTES - HIP CIRCLE - X 2 MINUTES

4 - DIPS - 10 REPS X 5 SETS

5 - GYM RING ROWS - X 10 REPS - PRESS UPS - X 10 REPS - X 5 SETS

6 - BAND CURLS - BAND OVERHEAD PRESS - BAND PULL APARTS - X 100 REPS

7 - ASSAULT BIKE - X 2 MILE - SKIERG (FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR PARTNER DOING THE ASSAULT BIKE)
