1 - Rowing Machine - x 1000 Meters - Assault Bike (for the duration of Rowing Machine).
2 - Kettlebell Box Squats x 10 Reps - Kettlebell Step Up x 8 Reps Each Side - x5 rounds.
3 - Glute Bridge x 20 Reps - Kettlebell Swing x 20 Reps - x 5 rounds.
4 - Hex Bar Deadlift - 5 Sets x 12 Reps
5 - Medicine Ball Twists x 100 - Ab Wheel Rollout x 40 Reps - Kettlebell V-Sit x 50 Reps.
6 - Glute Ham Developer - 5 Sets x 10 Reps
7 - Skipping - x 3 Minutes
8 - Wall Squat - 4 Rounds of 45 Seconds with 15 Seconds rest
