This is a full body workout utilising Kettlebells. Please ensure you can use Kettlebells with safe and proper form. If you can't, then I would recommend hiring a coach/ personal trainer to teach you how.

Complete all the exercises in the order of the list and perform 20 reps per exercise and remember to never sacrifice form for speed.

  1. KETTLEBELL SWING

  2. KETTLEBELL RENEGADE ROW

  3. KETTLEBELL FRONT SQUAT

  4. KETTLEBELL ROW

  5. KETTLEBELL DEADLIFT

  6. KETTLEBELL OVERHEAD PRESS

  7. KETTLEBELL ALTERNATING ROWS

  8. KETTLEBELL LUNGES

  9. KETTLEBELL ALTERNATING CLEAN AND PRESS

  10. KETTLEBELL THRUSTERS
