Workout

This is a full body workout utilising TRX Suspension Trainers. Please ensure you can use the TRX with safe and proper form. If you can't, then I would recommend hiring a coach/ personal trainer to teach you how.

*60 SECONDS PER EXERCISE.
*WORK AT A PACE YOU CAN MAINTAIN FOR THE FULL 60 SECONDS.
*PERFORM ALL EXERCISES IN THE FIRST SECTION AND THEN REST FOR 90 SECONDS BEFORE BEGINNING SECTION 2 ETC.

  1. TRX - SQUAT JUMPS 
  2. TRX - ROWS
  3. TRX - CRUNCHES
  4. TRX - SIDE LUNGES
  5. TRX - PRESS UP 
  6. TRX - DIAGONAL RUNNER
  7. TRX - SQUATS
  8. TRX - Y ROWS
  9. TRX - PIKE
