Body Blast Is designed to get you moving, sweating, and out of your comfort zone, by using a mixture of high-intensity cardiovascular work, alongside resistance training to ensure the best results for fat loss, strength, and endurance gains.
The sessions are designed to give the following benefits:
- Increase your strength, speed and power
- Increase muscle mass
- Increase flexibility, mobility and stability
- Improve balance and co-ordination
- Reduce body fat
Sessions will be an all over body workout and exercises will be varied as will the intensity ensuring you achieve the best results.
£35 – To be paid on the 1st of every calendar month. Spaces are limited, no drop in visits. Bookings only.
